  1. Copy Files- HOW TO MAKE COPIES OF INDIVIDUAL FILES

  3. Copy Files makes a duplicate copy of a file.  This is handy for backing up important information.
  4.  
  5. 1.  Select Copy from the Files menu.
  6. 2.  Highlight the file you wish to copy by clicking on it.
  7. 3.  Click the open button.
  8. 4.  Click the save button. 
  9. 5.  You may repeat the process or click the cancel button when you are finished.
